St. Bridget’s Day

On St. St. Bridget’s Day the whole school made St. Bridget’s crosses. We made St. Bridget’s crosses because we celebrate all the good things she did, such as helped all the poor the sick and the sore. She also built a Monastery for all the people who followed God and all his good ways of life. So that is why we celebrate St. Bridget’s Day.

Debate News

On Friday 27th our school held a debate. The motion was “we should only eat food produced in Ireland”. The adjudicators were Clare and Cleo. Coman, Darragh and Kate were on the opposition and Roisin, Deirdre and Sarah were the proposition. Both teams did a very good job and the adjudicators gave handy tips to help the debaters in the next few debates. The winner of the debate was the proposition.
